Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for assisting with organizing, directing and managing the overall maintenance and preservation of the Community with 450 units or more.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in make-ready and on-site apartment maintenance
• High school diploma
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• A/C Certification II
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
