Adult Mental Health Practitioner

Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center is seeking a Full-Time Adult Mental Health Practitioner to provide services in the community for adults with mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will have strong human relation skills, effective decision making, and good planning, organization, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Mental Health Practitioner licensure as outlined in MN Statute 245i.04
• High level of human relation skills
• Effective decision making
• Good planning, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license
• Vehicle
