Hiawatha Valley Mental Health Center is seeking an Adult Mental Health Practitioner to coordinate and provide services in the community for adults with mental health conditions. The successful candidate will provide direct client care, teach basic skills, and maintain case file documentation in accordance with clinical, agency, and state guidelines.
Requirements
- Must meet minimum qualifications as a Mental Health Practitioner as outlined in MN Statute 245i.04
- Must possess a high level of human relation skills and an aptitude for effective decision making
- Must have good planning, organization and communication skills (oral and written) and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must possess a vehicle, valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel as needed to client or organization locations throughout SE MN
