Requirements

• Ensure all Hexion safety practices and policies are followed during regular operations, unit maintenance and operational outages.
• Participate in safety audits, training, inspections, incident investigations and PSM/PHA activities.
• Demonstrate analytical insight and knowledge of testing equipment and equipment utilized in the resin manufacturing and shipping processes along with storage tank areas.
• Perform real time data entry using MES, SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc as needed to perform job duties.
• Sample raw materials, in-process, and finished product. Perform required testing and analyze results against established specifications.
• Unload dry bulk raw materials and stage in production areas using forklift.
• Work well with others; promotes attitude of continuous improvement.
• Independently completes day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision and to complete other special assignments, with an appropriate level of supervisory involvement
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed to maintain business coverage.
