Account Development Representative

As a Senior Account Development Representative, you will drive pipeline creation and business growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities for the sales team through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and collaboration with Account Executives.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge or exposure to the Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining & Metals, and Petrochemicals industries
• Experience in dealing with large strategic accounts
• Background in the Software industry is preferred
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to evolving strategies and targets
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and sales methodologies is a plus
• Engineering degree preferred
• Team player with a strong teamwork attitude
