RN - Float

Job title: RN - Float. Responsibilities include supervising nursing personnel, administering medications, observing patients, and preparing equipment for treatments. Requirements include a basic knowledge of pathophysiology, nursing process, and pharmacology, as well as ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications. Must have one year experience in an acute care facility and previous float or resource experience for external applicants.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current Indiana RN licensure
• One year experience in an acute care facility
• Previous float or resource experience for external applicants
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications within twelve months of hire date
