Bachelor's of Nursing degree required. Current Indiana RN license required. Basic understanding of pathophysiology and nursing process needed
LPN for OBGYN office
Prn Nursing program completion & Indiana LPN licensure. BLS & computer skills needed. Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills required
Rehab Physical Therapist
BS degree in Physical Therapy, state licensure, and specialized knowledge of treatments and equipment maintenance
RN - PCU
Graduation from nursing school & current Indiana RN licensure. BLS certification required. Cardiac rhythm interpretation skills desired
Counselor/Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
Master's degree, 2 years post-graduate experience, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT licensure
Rehab Physical Therapy Assistant
Requires specialized knowledge in treatment administration and development, current Indiana licensure or reciprocity
CST - Certified Surgical Technician
Graduation from a surgical technology program and proficiency in sterile procedures
Certified Athletic Trainer
Baccalaureate degree, NATA certification, 1+ year experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer
RN - Float
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, current Indiana RN licensure, and one year experience in an acute care facility required
Nocturnist Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
App expertise preferred; hospitalist director backup. ICU/PCU experience and cross-coverage knowledge needed. Training new graduate acceptable
