Help AG is recruiting a skilled Technical Lead for Hyperscalers team to be based out in Dubai, UAE. The role involves being the SME for Google Security Suite and other security operations technical engineering, assessment, and recommendations in the areas of real-time security, operational network & identity management system, and applications systems security.
Requirements
- Act as a Delivery for all Hyperscaler Projects Assessments, Workshops, Professional Services.
- Build a successful Hyperscalers Delivery Practice inside Help AG and be instrumental to lead the engagement in collaboration with multiple teams.
- Collaborate with various team Hyperscalers on Strategy, Portfolio Management, Product Placement, Opportunity Identification, RFP submissions and Service Delivery
- Perform the role of a Tech Lead Hyperscalers for the Threat Management & Cloud Security suite between Hyperscalers & Internal stakeholders
- Enhance the Service Delivery capability by identifying and prioritizing Automation & Integration with existing Help AG service delivery platforms & teams.
- Oversee Periodic skill Enablement session(s) on Hyperscalers Security portfolio for Sales, Pre Sales, Delivery and Customer Success Teams
- Architect Sentinel, Defender, and other Hyperscalers projects/workshops, support, and mentor Help AG resources in gaining proficiency to handle them independently in the future.
- Drive proactive business development by engaging with customers.
- Create, follow up, and close opportunities through early engagement with clients, vendor partners, and Help AG BDMs.
- Work Closely with Business Head Hyperscalers and Presales Architect to plan a periodic update on Pipeline, Delivery of projects/Workshops and to discuss any issues or challenges.
