Head of Area Business Management, CTO

HelloKindred are seeking a Head of Area Business Management, CTO to partner with the Chief Technology Office Infrastructure organisation (CTOi) in delivering strategic, financial, and workforce objectives. The role will support Cloud and Data Centre Services, managing a global annual operating plan of approximately $130m and a workforce of circa 300 FTE across around 65 countries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business management or relevant experience, ideally within Financial Services technology functions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, qualified or part qualified preferred.
• Experience developing business cases and validating benefits for transformation initiatives.
• Detailed understanding of financial and workforce planning cycles, purchase-to-pay processes, and cost management.
• Experience working with financial management tools such as Oracle Fusion or Apptio.
• Proven experience managing annual operating plans and multi-million dollar global programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of seniority.
• Sound understanding of the global technology landscape and industry.
• Experience working within diverse global teams.
• Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely for senior audiences.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
