PMO Manager - Project Manager

HelloKindred is seeking a PMO Manager - Project Manager to support a portfolio level engagement within a major banking environment. The role requires close interaction with C Suite and Managing Director level stakeholders, providing delivery assurance, business case support, portfolio oversight, and high quality reporting.

Requirements

• Support and define business cases at portfolio level.
• Manage a small portfolio and consolidate project and program information into clear reporting structures.
• Analyse project performance metrics, financial data, and resource utilization.
• Create high quality reports that provide insight into project status, performance, and outcomes.
• Develop interactive and visual dashboards using reporting tools for stakeholder consumption.
• Identify, flag, and manage risks, issues, blockers, and escalations.
• Ask critical questions to clarify scope, requirements, and delivery expectations.
• Produce structured documentation of processes, methodologies, and project statuses.
• Present complex data and insights clearly to different audiences and respond confidently to stakeholder challenges.
