We are seeking a Manager, Growth Marketing to serve as the architect of lead driving campaigns that fuel our sales funnel. You’ll play a hands-on, high-impact role in determining the channels and offers that help our personas understand who we are and what we do in support of our revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing)
- 2–3 years of growth marketing or demand generation experience (B2B SaaS or edtech preferred)
- Experience with HubSpot
- Ability to execute across multiple channels (email, paid, social) with deep expertise in at least one
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into creative pivots
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally
- Experimentation mindset, including adoption of emerging tools and AI
