Job Description
HappyCo is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who lives and breathes experimentation, performance, and pipeline impact. The role involves owning growth across the full funnel, from traffic and lead generation to demos booked, opportunities created, and revenue generated.
Requirements
- At least 4–7 years in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
- Experience running paid media campaigns with clear ROI accountability
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, buying committees, and pipeline mechanics
- Proven ability to tie marketing efforts to revenue outcomes
- Comfortable collaborating closely with sales teams
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce
- Analytical mindset with bias toward action and experimentation
- Experience in B2B SaaS
- Familiarity with proptech or multifamily real estate
- Experience supporting outbound motions at scale
- Strong copywriting instincts for conversion-focused messaging
- Experience in fast-paced, experimentation-heavy environments
