Job Description
Heetch is looking for a Customer Care Officer Night Shift to strengthen our customer service and ensure an optimal user experience.
Requirements
- Master French perfectly, both in writing and in speech.
- Prioritize empathy and pedagogy in your exchanges.
- Be organized, rigorous, proposal-making, and autonomous.
- Be comfortable in English and able to hold a conversation with Anglophone colleagues.
- Show adaptability and a willingness to continuously form yourself.
- Be someone who spreads good humor around you.
