Direct Support Professional

Provide ongoing services to clients and individuals with needs in their community or in their home. Keeping the individual safe, working on individualized goals, and documenting daily.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service
• Knowledge of HIPPA laws of 1996
• Experience with documenting in the Therap database (preferred)
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
• Ability to attend training and obtain First Aid card
• Ability to attend Mandt training
• Confirmed service in the industry with advance training in behavioral, medical or caregiver services (preferred)
