- Monitor the delivery of services to ensure they address Service Plan goals
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA laws
- Ability to provide descriptive notes addressing interventions used and individual response in database
- Knowledge of signs and symptoms of common illnesses and conditions
