Requirements
- Select ingredients and assemble sandwiches and salads.
- Accommodate guest requests and maintain a spotless kitchen.
- Communicate needs to Chef, Managers, and Culinary Director.
- Maintain prep lists, and ingredients for both the self serve salad bar and made to order sandwich station.
