Job Description
Healthpeak Properties is seeking a Real Estate Administrator to assist in directing and coordinating activities of on-site outpatient medical property management.
Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years previous commercial property management experience
- Experience with Yardi software
- Previous experience in real estate accounting and familiarity with monthly accounting cycle
- Ability to work independently
