Job Description
Healthpeak is seeking a Real Estate Administrator to assist in implementing procedures, cost controls, and policies; maintain tenant and client/owner relations; and assist property management team with invoice records and vendor accounts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous exposure to commercial property management preferred
- Experience with MRI and Yardi software preferred
- Previous experience in real estate accounting and familiarity with monthly accounting cycle, including A/P, A/R, and commercial leases
