Customer Service Representative- Bilingual

Customer Service Representative needed for a prestigious healthcare company. Responsible for responding to customer questions, analyzing problems, and developing positive customer relations. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and have experience in a call center environment with healthcare knowledge.

• Experience in a call center environment
• Healthcare experience (Medicare/Medicaid knowledge)
• 70+ calls per day
• Analytical skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits
