Join our client, Ascension Franciscan Plance as a Director of Nursing (DON)! We're looking for a Director of Nursing to bring their experience, vision, and heart to our client's skilled nursing community.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience (10 years preferred)
- At least 2 years in a leadership or management role (5 years preferred)
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
- Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence
- Ability to inspire and lead clinical teams under pressure
