Active RN license, 5+ years clinical nursing experience, and 2+ years in leadership or management
Executive Director - Senior Living Experience Required
2+ years of experience as an Executive Director or Administrator in senior living or long-term care, Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Gerontology, or a related field, and Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) in the state of the managed community
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Valid CNA certification and previous experience in long-term care required
Registered Nurse (RN) ** up to $7,500 Sign-on Bonus**
Active RN license in MN, CPR certification, previous experience in skilled nursing or senior living, strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) up to a $5,000 Sign - On Bonus
Active LPN license, CPR certification, and strong assessment skills required
Client Services Assistant
Valid driver’s license, pass background check, caregiving experience preferred
Area Director of Wellness
Active RN license, prior experience in long-term care, and passion for mentoring others
VP of Operational and Clinical Consulting
10+ years of experience in healthcare or aging services; Bachelor's degree in healthcare, nursing, or business; Active RN license required
Resident Assistant (CNA Certified)
CNA certification, 1 year experience with individuals with disabilities, high school education
Registered Nurse (RN)
Bachelor's degree in nursing, current Wisconsin nursing license, and 0-1 years of experience in long-term care
