Job Description
Hayward Holdings Inc. is seeking a Blow Molding Manager to oversee Hayward’s Sand Filter Business Unit. This role involves managing employees, ensuring optimal performance based on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics, and collaborating with various departments. The position is fully onsite and based in Clemmons, North Carolina.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of blow molding, injection molding, and polymer processing.
- Proficient in spreadsheets, word processing, and CAD/CAM software.
- BS degree in Engineering or a related field (7+ years experience), or equivalent.
- ERP experience with AS400, Microsoft D365, or similar systems.
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to read blueprints and manuals.
