Job Description
Western Container is seeking a full-time Blow Mold/ Closure Technical Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of their PET preform and bottle production facility. This role focuses on driving efficiency, improving preventative maintenance, developing team skills, and supporting plant shutdowns and projects. The position involves managing work orders, inventory, and budget while ensuring quality and safety standards.
