Engineer I / Engineer II, Distribution Planning - Maui

Hawaiian Electric Companies is seeking an Engineer I or Engineer II to join their team in Maui. The successful candidate will evaluate and recommend solutions for the safe, reliable, and orderly development and enhancement of Hawaii's distribution system.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 1-2 years of engineering work experience in planning, operations, or design (for Engineer I)
• Multiple (5-7) years of electric utility experience in power system planning, operations, protection, or design (for Engineer II)
• Professional Engineer Registration in the State of Hawaii, Electrical Engineering (for Engineer II)
