Job Description
Hatch, a full-service consultancy, is seeking a highly motivated Structural Designer to join their Project Delivery Group. The role involves assisting with project requirements, preparing drawings, maintaining technical drawings, and performing design detail checks. The company is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Requirements
- Technical school diploma specializing in civil/structural design
- Minimum of 7 years of structural design experience
- Experience within a large project, multi-disciplinary EPCM environment
- Proficient in using 2D and 3D structural design/drawing software packages
- Knowledge of Ontario's structural design standards and codes
- Understanding of other discipline requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good safety awareness
