Job Description
Hatch is seeking a Structural CAD Designer with a passion for construction and engineering. This role involves producing structural 3D models and 2D drawings within a large engineering team, providing design and coordination support on various projects, including foundations, steel framing, and hydropower plant designs. The position is part of an engineering team committed to a better world and offers opportunities for growth and collaboration.
Requirements
- Working towards graduating in 2026 or recently graduated with a diploma in civil/structural design
- Experience within a large project, multi-disciplinary EPCM environment
- Proficient in the use of 2D and 3D structural design/drawing software packages, including at Revit, AutoCAD or Bentley MicroStation software
- Knowledge of industry or regulatory standards, regulations and codes pertinent to structural design in Ontario
