Product Operations Manager

Harmonic Security is looking for a Product Operations Manager to build the operating backbone that accelerates product velocity, improves decision quality, and strengthens cross-functional alignment. As the first Product Operations Manager at Harmonic, you will design and implement a clear, lightweight operating model for how ideas move through capture → discovery → prioritisation → delivery.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Program/Project Management, or Product Analytics within high-growth B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated success building or scaling product operating systems, insights frameworks, or cross-functional rhythms
• Strong analytical capability: dashboards, product telemetry, and segmentation
• Hands-on experience with tooling such as Jira, Notion, Pendo, and intake/feedback systems
• Comfort working with deeply technical or data-intensive products; experience in cybersecurity or AI is a strong advantage
