Job Description

As a Manager, Category Sourcing, you will be responsible for leading key components selection in the NPI phase, developing and executing commodity sourcing strategy, and driving supplier rationalization strategy to maximize category leverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- 8+ years of procurement experience
- Proven leadership, interpersonal, communication, and influence skills
- Strong analytical skill
- Proven ability to lead and achieve cost, quality, and time-to-market commitments
- Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong presentation and writing skills
- Ability to speak clearly and express opinions well in groups and in one-to-one conversations
