Job Description
Harbinger is seeking an experienced Principal AME Equipment Engineer to lead the design and implementation of automated manufacturing equipment and systems for their Electric Drive Unit (EDU) assembly and chassis integration. This leadership role focuses on high-precision EV drivetrain manufacturing, emphasizing process optimization, safety, and production efficiency. The engineer will be a hands-on technical expert and a critical player in scaling up processes for high-volume EV production.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering.
- 8+ years focused on high-precision Electric Drive Unit assembly, ICE Drivetrain assembly, or highly automated chassis/sub-assembly manufacturing.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
