Job Description
Harbinger is seeking an experienced Principal Advanced Manufacturing Equipment Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge manufacturing equipment and automation systems for its vehicle General Assembly. This is a leadership role focused on scaling production and ensuring efficiency, safety, and robustness. The ideal candidate will have deep understanding of automotive assembly processes and experience delivering complex, high-volume equipment solutions.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering
- 8+ years focused on General Assembly equipment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field
- Deep expertise in automotive assembly processes
- Strong understanding of automation principles and robotics
