Requirements

• Must have working knowledge of production equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to trim various cuts of seafood in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ability to problem solve in terms of trimming and product substitutions.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure, challenging environment
• Must be a team player and possess a positive attitude.
• Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally, in English.
