Requirements

• Clean, cut, portion, and merchandise all boneless meat products
• Inspect meat products for defects, bruises, or blemishes
• Accurately read and comprehend customer specific instructions
• Perform Quality Control checks and communicate with supervisors and managers regarding any defects
• Separate meats and byproducts into specified containers and seal containers
• Use knives, cleavers, and other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming
• Weigh meats and tag containers for weight and contents
• Follow the company's detailed product specifications
