Job Description
Autocar, LLC, a manufacturer of vocational trucks, is seeking a Compliance Engineer to support regulatory compliance initiatives. This role focuses on ensuring vehicles meet safety and environmental standards through research, documentation, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Engineer will maintain awareness of evolving compliance requirements and contribute to program implementation.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a technical or engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, quality, or engineering
- Familiarity with emissions reporting (GHG/NOx tracking, ACT compliance, certification submissions)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and NX CAD, TeamCenter, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
