Guidepoint is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and drive end-to-end hiring in the U.S. The ideal candidate is a seasoned recruiting professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Experience recruiting for corporate and mid–senior level roles
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset: use of metrics (quality of hire, candidate experience, offer acceptance rate) to refine strategies
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
