Join Guidepoint's Global Talent Acquisition Team to attract and hire top talent from all over the world. The Recruitment Consultant II, Technology role will involve direct sourcing of candidates for open positions in engineering, data science, AI/ML, and other technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four year university
• Confidence in your ability to create your own sourcing strategies and Boolean search strings
• Expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter including the ability to manage projects and create sophisticated search parameters
• Experienced in sourcing beyond LinkedIn on tools such as GitHub, and the ability to perform Google X-ray searches
• Excellent communication skills in order to interview senior candidates in technology
• Sophisticated offer negotiation skills in order to close candidates
