Healthcare Technology Consulting - Clinical Lead (Acute & Outpatient)

We are seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Health PowerChart in a public health system and affiliated ambulatory clinics. The role requires deep expertise in inpatient acute care and ambulatory workflows, clinical documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in clinical operations or clinical informatics
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Health PowerChart in inpatient and ambulatory settings
• Deep understanding of acute care and ambulatory workflows, including documentation, order entry, medication administration, and care coordination
• Experience with public sector healthcare delivery
• Familiarity with clinical documentation standards, regulatory compliance, and patient safety protocols
• Strong knowledge of clinical system optimization, dynamic documentation, and provider adoption strategies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
