Groz-Beckert is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to support the planning and execution of digital initiatives across Asia, with a focus on Southeast Asia and China. The role involves coordinating and executing digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and enhancing digital customer experience across platforms.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in digital project coordination, business requirement gathering, e-commerce platforms, or digital business operations
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and platforms (web, mobile, AI, analytics tools, etc.)
- Ability to collect, analyze, and present data-driven insights
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Technically curious and able to bridge between business needs and technical requirements
- Proficiency in spoken and/or written another Asian language, e.g Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project coordination, workshops, field studies or stakeholder meetings
- Proactive, with the ability to take initiative and manage priorities independently
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and well-organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders across cultures
- Passion for digital innovation, emerging tech, and user-centered design
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing project scopes or business needs
