Job Description
IT Digital Solutions Specialist responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining digital solutions to meet regional business needs, leading regional IT projects, and providing technical support for digital tools and platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years in IT roles with a focus on digital solutions, system integration, or IT project management, regional or multi-country experience preferred
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- ITIL, PMP, or relevant cloud/web development certifications are a plus
- Strong knowledge of web development frameworks (.NET, C#, ASP.NET) and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), ERP systems, and automation technologies
- Understanding of database management (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proactive in researching and proposing solutions
