Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent operations or recruiting coordination, ideally at a high-growth organization
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with applicant tracking system (Greenhouse/Ashby strongly preferred)
- Excellent and professional communicator
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Ability to work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
