Job Description
Grow Therapy is looking for a Specialist I, Partnership Support to join their Payor Partnership Support Team. This role requires answering live calls, chats, and emails from clinicians and clients, collaborating with other teams, and working with RCM and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support (healthcare billing a plus)
- 1+ year of experience assisting customers over the phone, via live chat, and email support
- High attention to detail
- Ability to pivot and multitask
- Experience with health insurance/billing
