As a Provider Success Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting a network of providers and delivering excellent outcomes. Your responsibilities will include responding to provider inquiries, providing structured support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for provider trends and feedback.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity and novel edge cases
- Previous experience in customer success, post-sales account management, healthcare operations, education, clinical environments, or fast-paced support roles
