Grow Therapy is looking for an experienced Provider Enrollment Specialist to own the credentialing processes for 10-20 payors, ensuring timely and accurate credentialing for mental healthcare providers. The ideal candidate has experience in provider enrollment, strong communication skills, and is tech-savvy.

Requirements

• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS)
• At least 2 years of experience in Provider Enrollment or 4 years of experience in a related field
• Strong familiarity with credentialing processes, terminology, and primary source verification resources
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn new software and tools
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
