The HR Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resources department.
Requirements
- Create and post job advertisements
- Review resumes and applications
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings
- Schedule virtual and on-site interviews
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Register for and attend career fairs
- Maintain GROB’s Intern Program
- Assist with travel management duties
- Deliver Expat New Hire Orientation
- Serve as a back-up for new hire orientation classes
- Provide clerical support to the HR department
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of personnel files and records
