Requirements
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Provide support in administering employee benefits programs and responding to related inquiries.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Facilitate training sessions and employee engagement activities as needed.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.
