Grissom Contracting is searching for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the executive team in ensuring the smooth operations of the office and enhancing communication and productivity between departments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the construction or service industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
