Requirements
- Define and execute the Plasma-wide data vision
- Build and execute the roadmap of data projects
- Drive initiatives to improve data accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Serve as a strategic partner to functional executives
- Represent Plasma in enterprise-level digital initiatives
- Oversee vendor relationships related to data tools, platforms and other services
- Oversee the team responsible for data architecture, data pipelines and master data management
- Oversee the team responsible for designing and maintaining the catalog of Power BI dashboards
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across 3 pillars
