Job Description
Grifols is a global healthcare company looking for an Associate Director, Field Operations Support to lead key operational programs and drive alignment across the plasma center network.
Requirements
- Responsible for creating and maintaining an organizational environment and value system that stimulates morale and productivity.
- Lead the development, execution, and governance of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Plasma Procurement.
- Translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans for field execution and ensure alignment with financial, operational, and compliance objectives.
- Drive strategic readiness and execution for donor center transitions and provide tactical direction to Field Ops Support Teams.
- Monitor multiple projects and teams simultaneously and recognize potential issues or delays.
- Lead the development of a program to remove administrative tasks from the field and centralize or coordinate activities.
- Develop & Mentor the Field Ops Support Team member(s) to ensure high performance, accountability, and professional development.
