Job Description
Gregory Construction is seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee mission critical and heavy civil infrastructure projects, from preconstruction to closeout. The role requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage diverse teams and budgets. This position focuses on ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability in large-scale construction projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in heavy civil or mission critical construction
- 3+ years in a senior leadership or executive role
- Proven success managing infrastructure or site development projects valued at $30M+
- Strong understanding of project delivery methods and regulations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar project management tools
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
