Job Description
Gregory Construction is seeking an experienced Project Executive for mission critical and heavy civil infrastructure projects. The role involves leading the full project life cycle – preconstruction through closeout – ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and budget management skills are crucial.
Requirements
- Lead and manage all phases of assigned mission critical and heavy civil construction projects.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Manage budgets, cost control, forecasting, and profitability.
- Oversee contract administration, risk management, and scope changes.
- Support preconstruction efforts, including estimating and procurements.
