Landscape Crew Leader

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you'll lead high-impact landscape installations, working closely with your team to bring residential and commercial projects to life. You'll handle everything from grading and excavation to patios, walls, and plantings, while keeping safety, efficiency, and quality at the forefront.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of landscape installation experience, including pavers, retaining walls, grading, and plantings
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to teach others while staying hands-on
• A Class C license or willingness to obtain one (CDL a plus)
• Confidence reading blueprints and planning job site layout
• A sharp eye for detail and pride in clean, professional work
• Ability to operate heavy equipment like skid steers, dingo, excavators, paver vacuums, and saws
• Excellent communication skills for working with teammates, consultants, and clients
• Strong organizational habits to manage tools, paperwork, materials, and schedules
• A dependable and proactive approach to field problem-solving
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather and lifting up to 80 lbs regularly
